A fantastic morning today, spent with some amazing people at The Lowry to discuss the work they do with people across Salford. From retired volunteer Maureen who has been at the Lowry since day one, to Paige who coordinates engagement for young people with complex needs after playing a key role in the national tour of the ‘Who Cares’ production about Young Carers.
Thank you to Julia, Lynsey and the whole team for such a warm welcome, for showing me round and introducing me to some remarkable people.
